## Support
Paid annual licenses include updates and standard support. Two-business-day response target, not a contractual SLA. No 24/7 support. Model building, reformulation, data engineering and custom integration are outside standard support.

## Required checks
Confirm tested platform/architecture/Python support, applicable terms, taxes, final total, renewal, cancellation and refund policy before purchase. Install the supplied wheel with: python3 -m pip install ./oles-0.3.2-*.whl. Obtain the matching wheel first; this is a local wheel installation, not a public package-index command. Confirm the release compatibility matrix with the team. Academic licenses are manually reviewed. OEM requires a negotiated agreement.
